Paul should of stopped his performance and waited until the audience was quiet. They are very disrespectful. Shame on them.

gfemg, ah this in NOT opera, HELLO, but absolutely beautiful all the same anyway! You are VERY strange, you must have been raised with EXTREME disfunction, I will pray for you, as you have NO SOUL! God BLESS you, and Paul and his wonderful talent, the person making this recording was picking up audio that would not have been obvious to others or Paul, they like you to clap, believe it or not, see how may times Bocelli smiles when they do it in his performances.

@xxcatherinedxx i think it's case of the recording device, vid cam, mobile or whatever picking up audio close to the device more then the artist, who is as we can see is far away, i think u would get this kind of background noise in most places with the device (for example whispers will sound like idol chatter) - it's not a "formal" venue, plus i suspect there were at least 8-10 people close the cam at the time, and it's my humble option canadians are too classy to be disrespectfull! :-)

@gfemg If you wake up with satan standing over you tomorrow, you'll know why.

@gfemg You are a nincompoop to say the least! Paul has an awesome voice.
For the rest of you I agree, the crowd was disgusting, not matter the clapping in the end!

@rooneymajestic damn right!

shhhhhhhhhhhh shut the fuck up the man is singing
-
what a disrespectful audience they should be ashamed of themselves
-
This place looks like a Third World stage. WTF is that to an opera singer?

@gfemg Do you take drugs? You do NOT recognise talent.
As a torontonian, I'm honestly embarrassed at how disrespectfully loud the crowd was. I really wish I could've seen this wonderful performance though..
