  • Thank you, helped me "ah ha" a prob I been struggling for hours with...What's total charge on spherical shell with uniform charge density d, inner radius R, outer radius S. d=Q/V. So Vtotal=(4/3)pi*S^3 - (4/3)pi(R^3) = (4/3)pi(S^3-R^3), so Q=d*(4/3)pi(S^3-R^3).
