Wow you are lucky your pallete came in perfect shape. I am so upset with sephora I got a used palette in the mail with fingerprints, dents, and it looks like a kid glued the shadows in lol. They also raised the price to $48 now and replaced the liners with a brush so I can't get a new one. So disappointed :(

@MsCutie2010 it better come in perfect shape for $44! i did notice it seems to be made a little on the cheaper sized..some of the shadows are rasied while others are not but they are in tact and not chipped or anything..my advise to you is to call and when you speak with someone right off the bat let them know you want to speak with a supervisor.

@BarginBeautyMom please know my naked palette purchase was only made because of all the extas..the 3 free samples, the two deluxe samples that will last a long time and the philosophy bath stuff...and i got the rose salve in a tube i forgot to show..so it was naked palette, salve in tube, 3 samples, 2 deluxe samples, shower gel for 50.00 shipped. free shipping with 50.00 purchase thats why i added the salve...so i felt i was being very frugal :D

I do the same thing. I buy a nice bag and when I tire of it, I sell it at a consignment store and get a new bag. That way someone else can enjoy the bag and I get something out of it. So does the lady who runs the shop. Everyone is happy. I just sold a juicy bag. Nice video:)
