@nintendogeek15 Actually, it *could* hurt; it's an explicit statement that you don't own the songs; a confession, if you will. If somebody decided to prosecute, they'd have a much easier time of it. And the fact that you put "No copyright infringement intended" means nothing; it's still infringement, whether you intend it or not. ;p YouTube's upload policy is that you should only upload stuff you created. You just said you didn't, ergo they can take it down for violating it. :)

QUESTION: Is Garry's Mod itself Copyrighted?
QUESTION: Oh, and by the way. If I copy then paste your thing that says " This video was made under fair use. I do not own any of the songs used, any of the mods used, or garry's mod itself. No copyright infringement intended. " If I copy, and edit it can I use that on my videos as long as I give credit?

@spellingerror2000 That depends on a lot of things. I don't know how youtube tracks copyrighted material, but giving credit is always a good way to stop your video from getting taken down. They might limit the countries that can view your video, or put ads, but most of what happens depends on the content owner and how picky they are. But it never hurts!
