I only really used YOu Tube to allow me to place the video on my site, never really thought about not viewing from the site. Will look at that next time ;)

Hey, thanks for the heads up. Now that you've mentioned it, I see it was a video that followed other videos, but I wasn't really trying to look at all the videos to figure out that it was a series of videos. I typed in the title and got your video. Here's a pointer for your other videos, if you mention in the beginning or at the end that it's a video series and that other videos precede or follow, that would help tremendously instead of having your viewer assume that they are a series. Thanks.

That's nice, but what about some senarios where it says, Index of/ or other messages other than "It works". The only modification that was made was creating a folder to install Apache in. Even the most novice of novices could figure out what was done in this video.

If you look at all the videos in the series it was a whole step by step on installing Subversion, Trac and Apache and tying them together.
So look at the full picture before commenting.
As for your reasoning for other messages that's a config issue is which is a lot deeper.
