UPDATE: Stay tuned for this brand new exercise that I have just started called speed composing. What is speed composing, you ask? Well, speed composing is just like speed painting, except you compose music very spontaneously, and quickly. Initially, I had plans to go buy a new digital camcorder to record the process from start to finish, getting detailed with cubase, how I start composing on the keyboard, traditional and digital notation, how I mix and master tracks, and polish. But looks like for now I am only going to compose improvs without polish due to my severe eyestrain problems. Here is the first episode. Enjoy.
I did this improvisation under 10 minutes time including 3:00 minutes of preparation.
Due to severe eyestrain, I pretty much have given up trying to mix and master using the computer. The process is too long. It is 9:00 PM so forgive the mistakes, I was personally trying to beat the clock before I cause too many problems. I have theorized that the later I am on, and the longer I am on the computer, it greatly induces insomnia 3 fold and greatly affects my circadian rhythms. So I am greatly cautious.
I have tried, and tried again to compensate this problem, and often I give up trying for several reason because I tried so many and expensive procedures:
Here is a list below:
1. 22 inch monitor - ineffective
2. Draw down brightness - ineffective
3. Glare Screen - ineffective - not sure why.
4. Payed for Visian ICL Surgery ($5000USD) - Ineffective. Glare from glasses probably isn't the problem, Brightness is.
5. Projector - ineffective (mine can only support 800x600, need a large screen)
6. 32 inch LED tv screen (yesterday induced first catatonic/psychosis in a long time)
I am not quite sure what the hell to do with it, just if I want to compose I do it without spending loads of time on it and can't polish tracks. Go figure. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can control this problem (minus writing sheets by hand) please let me know.
I am a technology geek, if I can record using the computer directly without scoring it saves a shitload of time and sound quality greatly improves. I was thinking that the projector television might solve the eyestrain problem, however it is and old tv and doesn't support vga or hdmi. I tried a vga converter but I could only get the Computer to the TV.
Note: I was getting criticism about my basic left hand arrangements. I tried to spice it up a bit, but it made some of the parts sound not so good. Any techniques on how I can achieve better techniques regarding lefthand arrangements is also beneficial.
People don't realize that my composing technique is very tedious. 10% of music is composing on the keyboard. 90% of music composing is the other shit. Thanks.
I Knew I wasn't the only one who sat like that! good job on the song too :)
I liked it :)

@hawkowl241 Thanks bud its a quick improv so its a little muddy sounding, and I didn't polish it like normally I do.

This is pretty much improvisation, right? So why not just call it improvisation?

@Stepdude Yes, this one can technically be called an improv, but I thought I place it in this list of episodes of speed composing because there was some structure to it that I practiced beforehand (3 minutes that isn't seen here).
I initally wanted to introduce a more structured composing where I invest more time in structuring the piece through notating it in finale 2011, mixing and mastering in cubase 6, and polishing it and speed through some parts, to show the process, that was intent.
