Drug use ALWAYS goes up in bad economic times. Duh. People are poor and feel bad so of course some turn to drugs.

As a former abuser of all drugs heavily i would like to add my two cents. I have had a couple of friends die while high and my drug use slowed my life down. Sure now I have two degrees and am working on my masters, but I could have been done by now. I feel teens live in a make believe world until they are 25. My feelings on regulating all drugs are this, people commit most drug crimes for drug money. So if crack was just 50 cents, people would still steal and kill to buy more thats truth.
