In terms of tax plans, yes, there is alot of difference between 3.8 billion dollar tax cut *for oil companies* that McCain endorses and Obama's plan. Talks with Iran, which Obama has said he favors, are alot better than "talks with preconditions" which is code for NO TALKS.
