  • In the beginning of the video, this guy was making knife-sliced Noodle(刀削面), which is really popular in Shanxi.

  • I can clearly tell you, this is not Lanzhou noodles, listening to the background of this video should be a foreign film in China, Shanghai, and this should be someone to open the Northwest, and authentic native of Lanzhou, Lanzhou noodles only to eat .. .

  • @lukebccb I'm not an expert, but it's likely Uyghur or Kazakh, both Turkic languages. They're spoken by a couple people groups originating in western China and are known for making this type of noodles.

  • What language are those guys in the kitchen speaking?

    Is it a Turkish language as it's definitely not Mandarin and it doesn't sound like Russian?
