  • Stay tucked as you go, it is easier to keep balance that way.

  • i cant do anything in my neighborhood. theres only buildings and houses. no intricate things like that. it sucks. im in hackensack NJ someone tell me if theyre in here too. we could train or do something.

  • There is not way that there is nothing around. Look at my other conditioning videos. I use pretty much anything. Stair cases, little walls, railings, even sidewalks.

    It is about developing your vision and being creative. Good luck.
