On October 17, 2010 students from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY were out celebrating after their homecoming football game. That night, cops fatally shot Pace University football player, 20-year-old Danroy "DJ" Henry, after responding to a fight outside a Westchester bar. After the shooting, Henry was handcuffed and placed on the pavement by officers. Witnesses say that Henry was neglected for up to 15 minutes after he was shot. DJ's teammates made multiple attempts to try and save their friend.

Four Pace University football players were arrested after DJ was fatally shot for trying to save their teammate's life. I don't think trying to save a person's life should be considered "Obstructing Governmental Administration and Disorderly Conduct". These young men had no involvment with the intial fight the police were responding to yet they've been put in this awful situation. What truly doesn't make any sense is how the investigation on this case is being done by the same officers who are responsible for DJ's death.

We want an immediate dismissal of all charges against these young men and an impartial investigation for the death of DJ Henry!!!
