AHRC featuring Andrea Pais Live at Mad City - Clips from the first set

Hey Guys!!

Here are some clips of my first gig with my band. We're called the After-Hours Rhythm Club. Unfortunately my camera went out of battery during the second set which happened to have all the better and funner songs. The camera angle is not the best as my back is toward it most of the time but I hope you guys enjoy anyway!!

If any of you live in the Washington DC/Baltimore area then you should definitely come out and watch us perform the next time!!

Well, I wish her all the best. Unfortunately, the way the world works, sometimes mediocrity becomes successful, while super-talented people never get that break. It's not fair, but that's life. At some point it's not just about talent, it's about career direction and getting the right management behind you. She's got the talent, now she just needs the right management.

just to set things sraight, she's is really really good. i am a musician/producer and i would love to develop someone with that kind of talent.

every time i see alicia get out from behind the piano and dance and act like these other people, i feel really let down. ihate to be so critical but here is a true talent trying to be just another teeny-bopper. the irony!

she's got the talent and she's super special. but she has absolutely no style of her own. it is so obvious that she wants to be a star so so badly. tryng to be one of these pop idols. immitating these people who have not one tenth of her talent. all the work she has put in to the piano yet it seems the music is secondary to being on stage getting the adoration. i feel the exact same way about alicia keyes.
