It might be a good idea to do what it says on the pack if you are going to reveiw an item properly. It says pull towards you. The blade is sharp on one side. I have got one of these products and have opened loads of packages. It is a BRILLIANT idea.The cutter is designed to cut metal ties although it did cut through the edge of the packet although you said it didn't mark it.. Please try again as my 7 year old daughter uses it with ease. My Gran can't as she has arthritis.

Hi again, I do like the way you show things except at 4min 16sec you say lets use the packbuster and thats when it spoils it because if you used it properly it cuts through with ease. Try again and if you still have problems I will up load a video to help if you want.
