Slade are so underated. When folks talk about great british bands they are never mentioned. Beatles, Stones, Kinks, Zepplin, Jam, Smiths, Oasis (& loads inbetween) but never Slade. Shame.

Fuck. The sales may have gone down but the song writing never,ever dipped. Haven't listened to most of the 80s tracks since I was an uncool Slade fan at school in the '90s, but god they're good.
