Kathleen is 88 and lives on her own. She wants to use the prize to replace her thirty year old carpets with laminate flooring, which would be cleaner and healthier for her sinus problems, and safer (more fire resistant) so she would not be so afraid. VOTES BY EMAIL ONLY to homecompetition@yahoo.ie. The public will decide who should win the prize. This is a project by artist Sarah Browne commissioned by the National Sculpture Factory, Cork, Ireland, where the artist is donating part of her materials budget to the public for a 'home improvement' of their choosing.
