instead of doing the shoulder mount with the thumbs facing down, y not just do it the way you do when you do the open v? would that just defeat the purpose of calling it a shoulder mount or is that a safety issue?...also, have you ever thought about doing business through online lessons?. just an idea, because you're the most talented pole dancer on youtube...WITH rhythm.

Hi there, it is a stationary pole. I only have permanent poles in studio. I believe in learning how to spin on static poles first (learning how to do everything really). That way when you start spinning, you have more strength and control.
