Roast Beef and Gorgonzola Panini

Here is a super easy and fast sandwich that will satisfy even the most refined palates. It was inspired by Whole Foods but you can make it a lot cheaper at home and it will still come out delicious. Enjoy

1 Ciabatta Square (You can also use focaccia, sourdough or your favorite bread

nice work. and roast beef / gorgonzola is a great combo. question: it looks like you pre-melted the gorgonzola. wouldn't it make more sense to leave it whole, let the heat of the paninin press melt it, which in turn would kind of "glue" the panini together? might give you a little bit better texture thing too.
