Kim Possible - The lost scene

I know it sound a little weird but, years ago, I found on a Disney channel website this little scene and I was keen on it for a while. Then, I lost it and I have spend a long long time to try to find it back. And now, I did it.
So I put it just for watch it again and again ^^
If you can help me to understand what they are saying (I'm French), I would appreciate ^^

The biggest problem, since you seem to know enough English, is that they use a lot of jargon in this clip. Kim and Ron want to beat Bonnie's "biscuit" meaning her butt. She beats Shego's butt all the time, but Shego is hardcore evil, while bonnie is just high school evil. Pretty much killer evil v.s. drama queen evil. But in the end Kim says no, because it would go on her permanent record and not look good. Or "slam" her permanent record.
