Dawn and Decker montage GH

Thank you for posting this....I remember it so well. I've been looking for this ever since the air date! Also the music info...I was never able to find it. Awesome!

I was a HUGE Dawn and Dekker fan. I had all their episodes on VHS! I still have some tucked away.
I was so so upset the way the writers handled their love story. I remember it was because Gloria Monty returned as head writer and she decided to clean house with some of the actors.
Dawn and Dekker demise was because of her.

This couple was incredible and would've worked out too if she wasn't killed off.

I can't believe I've never heard of this couple.

Could I get a short recap? What time frame are they from? Were they related to any GH families.

Decker Moss is the son of Charlene Simpson and half-brother of Colton Shore. His cousin is Lucy Coe. He was on the show from Sept. 1989 to Feb. 1991, and was involved with Dawn Winthrop, the daughter of Monica Q. Dawn married Ned, but after she found out that Ned had had an affair a couple of years earlier with Monica, she ran off with Decker. The two had a summer-on-the-run (1990), and fell in love. Unfortunately Dawn was killed a few months later. Decker left town and hasn't been back since.
