I'm going to end this conversation because it's absolutely pointless..it seems to escape you that I was told about the light weights/many repetitions years ago when it was accepted as accurate by the EXPERTS..many people STILL believe it's true.

You cannot decide from where the fat will be burned... You Brain decides this, you don't have any influence on this.

@grrbear14 in order to build muscle you must get rid of the fat. So yes this does work, although if you continue you will bulk up on your arms
