NEA Read Across America Sizzles in Salt Lake

With temps in the '70s, NEA joined with the Utah Education Association for a hands-on festival of reading inside and out at the Discovery Gateway Chidren's Museum in Salt Lake City. With celebrities from law enforcement, the news media and players from the undefeated University of Utah football team, close to 500 students from three schools spent the morning reading, exploring and celebrating. Also included, a behind-the-scenes look at NEA staff preparing for the event.
