Female whispering voice saying
"Tell me when to leave"

Also, it could go along with the "Tell me when to leave", it could've been that it was an act of arson gone wrong.

It either sound like one or the other, soooo, I wondered that if it were the former, there might've been someone killed in a house fire getting people out or some such thing. And as for the latter, it simply could've been that's what was being said. :)

History on structures, to me, are important to what is being recorded.
