@brynn30 Yes, I have a few. Did you brush with oil before putting into the skillet? That helps. Also be careful not to cook too long - just a few seconds on each side is enough. Very easy to get stiff if you overcook them. If the dough itself is too dry try a little less flour and a little more starch. Make the dough just try enough to roll out easily. Took me a few tries to really perfect them.

I saw some other videos using just two plates to press out the tortillas in perfect circles. This saves a lot of time :) Thanks for the gluten free recipe, my first attempt was a disaster. Back to the kitchen for another experiment ...

@2000myplaylist I use Bob's Red Mill which is gluten free (and aluminum free)

i wonder if you could substitute the Xanathan gum? or not use it at all? It makes me sick, unfortunately.

@dcravey1 Best substitue is guar gum - I haven't used it, but it should work the same way. Other substitutes are: gum arabic, locust bean gum, gum traganth, and carrageenan
