Excelent info Fran, thanks for sharing. I'm still doing my research about tightlacing and trying to make up my mind whether to start it or not. So many controversies in the internet...health wise!! But great vid anyway.

@levitak You would be best to ignore most everything on the internet about tightlacing! Most of it is pure opinion and not real information. I have a lot of writings on my site about the realities of tightlacing, and if done correctly it is not at all an unhealthy discipline. I should know! Three simple rules are take it slow, listen to your body, and know your limits. Good luck! :-)
