Think Of Me

CHRISTINE:

think of me
think of me fondly
when we've said goodbye
remember me
once in a while
please promise me you'll try

when you find
that once again you long
to take your heart back and can be free
if you ever find a moment
spare a thought for me

we never said
our love was evergreen
or as unchanging as the sea
but if you can still remember
stop and think of me

think of all the things
we shared and seen
dont think about the things
that might have been

think of me
think of me waking silent and resigned
imagine me trying too hard
to put you from my mind

recall those days
think back on all those times
think of the things we'll never do
there will never be a day when I won't think of you

RAOUL

can it be, can it be Christine
long ago it seems so long ago
how young and innocent you were
she may not remember me
but I remember her

CHRISTINE

we never said our love was evergreen
or as unchanging as the sea
but please promise me that sometimes
you will think...
ah ah ah ha ha ha ha ah ahah ha ha ha ha

  • this is my favorite song! but i really dont like this version. the one from the movie is so much better(:

  • what was up with the end? Sounded a bit strange^^

  • i like this version.....!

  • Unlike most of the commenters here, I actually prefer this version of that of Sarah Brightman, mostly because I always found Sarah Brightman's voice annoying.

  • O.o I expected Sarah Brightman, but could this be Rosemary Ashe or Judy Kaye who both played Carlotta in the original west end and broadway plays? It sounds like it could be either of them.

Beautifully executed though I prefer Sarah's version.

  • I don't like this version :-/

  • You sing as if you were marching like a soldier! Where is soul?

  • I <3 this song!

And have been working on it

  • Interesting version.
