@goodbyelonglive44 Actually, Dick Beals had a kid-like voice due to a medical condition. According to Wikipedia, he never went through puberty because of a glandular problem. He is 4'7" and weighed 70 pounds. Apparently he is still alive and did voiceover work as recently as the Duck Dodgers cartoon series in 04.
@goodbyelonglive44 It always gave me a similar impression too, and it's funny because the prominent voice is actually a man named Dick Beals. He does the voices of Yank and Dan, Roger's pals from the American Eagles.
I love this Cartoon and its sure beats the ones we have today so much crap has been going on in Entertainment industry promoting viloence and sexual innuedo on television today!
Roger Ramjet is called to London to capture a serial criminal who goes around biting ears and has even bit the Queen (02:05 -02:14). Talk about innuendo... awesome parody humour though!

This was just one of the 156 five minute episodes (or 39 half-hours/4 episodes each) produced in 1965-'66. Nothing has matched this since....
