i'm an italian partner and i had some problems like this with youtube, the only thing that i can tell you is, go to a lawyer

@AnimeIuver1980 yeah I didn't know who Mugglesam was until I looked her up, yeah she's a little girl, I'm sure she doesn't have the permission to use the Harry Potter Movie clips, I know alot of people can get around stuff especially when video recording clips and putting them on things, but when it's actual footage or stuff like that, I think they should have to have permission just like everyone else, I'm not hating on anyone, I just don't understand how every isn't held to the same standard.

nice video, but why o why are you standing in your garage? lol
-
@fayaad1997 I'm not sure what you mean...
-
@KingKwon83 I know I personally don't understand!
-
@mdrproductionz I'm baffled myself. Several google searches are what led me to your video. Still can't get a clear answer!

@KingKwon83 Yep. thats what i'm talking about. I really find that so crazy that its that obvious yet youtube doesnt seem to acknowledge these are true facts! Thanks for commenting KingKwon for taking the time to comment.

@mdrproductionz Here's another example, search for 'Lady Gaga Telephone' by user PomplamooseMusic. Youtube's policy says: "We currently do not allow videos of artists singing cover songs into our partner program unless the artist has obtained full synchronization and performance rights. Cover songs are performances of songs that were previously recorded or commercially released by someone else. Read our Help Center article for more information."
Yet they have no problems

@iggy35 Thank you so much for commenting Iggy! I feel the same exact way. My videos have been flagged for using a google image found on google search that lasts 4 seconds in my video about a topic I'm talking about, and they won't allow me to have revenue on that video because they say I don't own that image or have permission to use that image, but I know these other big youtubers do the same thing, and I guess its never a prob for them because youtube is making so much money off of them. :-(

@KingKwon83 exactly. that's what I don't understand! Thanks for commenting!
Can you stll be a partner and not get ad revenue. I mean like if i wanna use songs that are on itunes and some videos have 'copyright' music on them will i be automatically be rejected for partnership or can i be accepted and just choose not to get any revenue, would just like to have a banner tbh.

You're right, though, The "big" YouTubers are allowed to slide on everything, yet we get interrogated over every little thing, even things we legitimately can use. Plus we get denied many other perks as well. It's not fair. YouTube used to be fun. I know it's a buinsess and they want to make money, but they should at least treat everyone fairly. Lots of us have been here since the beginning but just get forgotten.
