but we should be (tranformed) by the renewing of our minds thru the WORD of GOD. God will help anyone to conform to His standards of life, if they seek HIM, seek HIS Word. Paul also says in 2 Corinthians 5:17, " If anyone is in Christ, he is a (new creation), old things have passed away, look, all things become new," including sexuality. " If then, you were (raised) with Christ, seek those things which are (Above), where Christ is, seated at the right Hand of GOD."

@TTedford75 I couldn't agree more. Jesus Himself was scorned by the ones He came to save. Forgiveness is hard to fully understand when you have not completely submitted yourself to God. As Christians we are called to be like Christ as an example to those who do not know Him. In order to do that, we have to let the Holy Spirit transform us so that our default position, when being mocked or facing derision, is compassion and love vs anger and judgement or else Satan gets what he wants.

@Funkdogg never stop listening to this music, i grew up on it and when i stopped listening, i found myself backsliding. Once I called on Jesus to rescue me, I was led back to this music. There is amazing power behing christian music. something that just can't be explained. I urge you from my own experience to never stop listening.

About Taylorcharlie36, we do not curse or speak evil to anyone. Our calling is to be like our example and love everyone, even those we do not feel deserve it, because Jesus would. Remember, a hard hard is used to being abused, and is toughened by your hatred towards him. Cursing him will never help anyone, except maybe your own feelings. Put your own feelings aside and pray for him and love him because it is what we have been asked to do by the one who has suffered so much for us.
