Making Shingara (with Fun)

We Bangladeshi students at Yeungnam University in South Korea have tried to make our famous street food Shingara at home ... that was really fun. Most of the conversation is in Bengali :)

@JENNYSEXAY actually we instantly took decision to make 'samosa/shingara' so we were not well prepared :)

@mjnuvan - boys are doing good job making samosas... lady needs to add more oil into the fry the samosas they are not cooked properly... samosa is always deep fried not shallow fried..

@oink714 Hope you have idea about the size and shape of Shingara & Samocha. The major difference is, the skin of Shingara is made by the raw dough (not fried like roti) and in inside, the size of the vegetables are coarse. However, the skin of Samocha is fried slightly to make it much more crispy and the folds are different than the Shingara and inside vegetables are finer than Shingara. But one thing, In Northern portion of India, Shingara is known as Samocha. you are welcome.
