New non-thermal light based cell-modulation technology
Bio Light combines the intense LED Photo Modulation Technology (photo-dynamic light therapy) together with the electrotherapy photo-modulation (micro-current and LED) to perform a wide range of skincare treatments. Bio Lights dual photo-modulation technologies are similar to natural light therapy and the concept on which they are based is very close to that of photosynthesis used by the plants: our cells use light as energy order to carry out many biochemical reactions such as regenerating tissues.

LED's
Bio Light is provided with an attractive wrap around facial panel with 2596 super intense LED lights. LED's can emit red, yellow, green and blue light in order to transfer to the tissues the right selected wavelength according to the different skincare treatments selected.
Adjustable e-stimulation electrotherapy photo-modulation
Electrotherapy e-stimulation micro-current frequencies range from 1 Hz up to 500Hz allowing a wide range of treatments. Micro-current, together with I-LED light, is gently delivered to the skin by means of 24K gold plated pins emitting low-level electric current to stimulate the skin, the facial muscles and the fibroblast production, giving thus a more firm and smooth aspect to the skin. The stimulation with micro-current also activates the circulation of both blood and lymph and increases the production of collagen, elastin and ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate, providing energy to the cells in order to function properly).
Current is not directly fed by the A/C plug to the handprobes, but is filtered through the CPU to avoid any lack of current in order to make every treatment as most safe and comfortable as possible.
Color LCD touch - screen with pre-set programs
Bio Light is provided with a large, adjustable and very easy-to-use touch screen panel with pre-set protocols and parameters.
The LCD control panel includes descriptive and visual information about LED therapy and passive micro-current treatments programs and shows the unique features and benefits of this system.
The combination of the two systems (LED and micro-current + I-LED) allows the bio Light to perform over 20 preprogrammed treatments for skincare.

Blue light is recommended for clients with sensitive skin or for those who are anxious when receiving a treatment. This phase helps to stimulate the blood and the lymphatic circulation of both the dermal and epidermal layers of the skin.
GREEN E-LED THERAPY (10 Hz)
Green is the color of nature and is recommended for clients with a normal skin type. Green E-LED therapy helps to detoxify and drain the skin, enabling it to properly self-nourish and self-regenerate.
YELLOW E-LED THERAPY (5 Hz)
Yellow light is recommended to stimulate both the lymphatic and nervous systems and it is used to tone muscles and to boost our immune system. It also helps to relax and restore the proper skin balance.

Bio light photo-modulation technology
Intense LEDs are a new form of Photo Dynamic light Therapy (PDT). PDT has been used for years to treat dermatological diseases and has recently evolved to include a range of aesthetic treatments.
Intense LED therapy is based upon the discovey that selected photosynthesized biochemical agents are activated for a specific purpose by exposure to particular light wavelengths. Not only our skin reacts directly to different wavelengths, but also eventual cosmoceuticals agents are activated and stimulated when a properly selected wavelength is directed toward the tissue.
