A few days after Geert Wilders released his provocative film called 'Fitna', Shaykh Muhammad Pirzada delivered this intellectual riposte answering the criticisms posed by the film.

This video was recorded at the Madni Jamia Masjid in Bradford (UK) on Sunday 30 March 2008.

And a real muslim is not proud of the muslim terrorists. A real muslim knows they should respect their fellow human being no matter what, and that killing is bad. A real muslim disagrees with the actions of terrorists. So people should stop judging about muslims, not every terrorist is a muslim and certainly NOT every muslim is a terrorist.

Listening to this speech makes me feel proud. It's good to see someone finally telling the truth.

But it is also written in the Quran that only 1 religion will be accepted within a territory.

Wow I respect this man.

Off course, every religion is saying that theirs is the right one and that non-believers will burn in hell, that's not something that only the Quran is saying. I've been telling that to people all the time, but they just don't understand. It's good to see this man confirm it.

Well, Muslims did. After 9/11, Muslim nations offered condolences and aid to America. Muslims are continually condemning terrorism. It is a) EXPLICITLY forbidden in our religion to target non-combatants in war, and b) war can only be waged by the leader of an Islamic nation anyway, not these vigilante thugs who harm both Muslims and non-Muslims for their twisted ideology.

Those images of people celebrating 9/11 were not typical of public feeling among Muslims.
