As a kid, minorities were just getting acknowledged in the USA: thanks Whitney! Regardless of her faults as we are all imperfect.She was not a murderer, a rapist, etc; she may have done things to complicate her own life but that's her business and known of ours. hell, we all hurt ourselves. no one has the perfect diet, attitude, habits 24/7. I can't judge her, but I know the world owes her! imagine the 80s without her, music without her, thanks Nippy! R.I.P. my sister.

@Miss407 We dont know what Whitney may have been forced to do..People keep acting like all kinds of shit doesn't happen behind the scenes in the music industry. Whitney even said in an interview how controlling both Bobby Brown and Clive Davis were..Chaka Khan also spoke out about evil things in the industry after Whitney's death. Michael Jackson and other celebrities have tried to tell us..but no one seems to listen..They planned Whitney's "Downfall"

People look at her fame, her gift, her beauty, her riches, and think she should be the happiest person on the earth. But Whitney was in jeopardy of losing the gift that helped her achieve all these things - she was afraid. May she find the peace she obviously did not have here on this earth. Love Whitney!!

@Rasheemspage: Amen to your comment. I know Whitney was forced into the European tour. Whitney is the consumate performer...and never...would she have willfully toured knowing her voice could not hold up to the rigors of the tour. The medicine she took to help her voice caused weight gain. Whitney soldiered on knowing the criticisms she would receive.They put her out there like sheep to the slaughter. I felt so bad for Whitney. But she did not give up.Love you Whitney!! Miss you!!
