This baby was sitting mid restoration for 8 years... she had a few things to say when we let her hit the pavement. 351C 4V double pumper, custom hydraulic bump-stick, roller rockers and, um, bored out just a little. Running through a C-6 to high stocker gears. No brakes involved in this peg-legger.

  • You done right.

This upload is beautiful -in all the right ways.

  • Engine options in 72 for the Gran torino were the 250 I6 (L code), 302 2v (F code), 351C 2v (H code), 351W 2v (also H code), 351C 4v (Q code), 400 (S code), and 429 4v (N code). Tranny options were FMX 3 speed auto, C4 3 speed auto, C6 3 speed auto (and nearly unkillable), 3 speed top loader (only found with the 250 and 302 motors), and 4 speed top loader. There were also loads of rear end choices available too.

  • @HackoDis Torinos in '72 had a plethora of engines to choose from and that is the way it should be, Unlike these assembly line cars the greedy car companies force on the masses!
