Vonda Brunsting, Eastern Region Director of the SEIU Capital Stewardship Program discusses why 'Say on Pay' is in the best interest of all CEO's, stating that 'Say on Pay' would avoid a regulatory and public relations backlash for companies. Brunsting added, "If CEO's are not willing to do it for the right reaason, then do it for the wrong reason. It will still have to happen."
