INGREDIENTS:
Make 12 Kachori
1 cup all purpose flour(mada or plain flour)
1/2 CUP COLD WATER
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 cup yellow moong dal
1 teaspoon coarsely grinds funnel seed
1 teaspoon coarsely grinds coriander seed
1 teaspoon red chilly flakes
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon mango powder
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1/2 teaspoon salt or adjust to taste
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons water
Oil to deep fry
You can purchase most of these ingredients at the local Indian grocers.

    I saw ur kachori recepie. I want to ask you can I use normal flour inspite of all purpose flour ( maida)?

    You use normal flour, texture will be different for the kachori

    Make without mango powder.
