MEAL PLAN: 3-8oz meal replacement protein shakes/drinks
2-3 Snacks-high protein drinks/shakes
64oz water intake
VITAMINS:
Adult multivitamin, Iron (36mg daily), VITAMIN C (1000mg daily), B-Complex
SNACKS CAN INCLUDE:
8oz Protein drinks/shakes, 1/3cup Milk (Skim or 1%), 1/4 cup LOW FAT STRAINED CREAM SOUP, 1/4 cup LOW FAT/ LOW SUGAR YOGURT (WITHOUT fruit!), ANY SUGAR FREE CLEAR LIQUID ITEMS (drinks, pop sickles, jello, Non-Carbonated water, Drink mixes)
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
*MIX UNFLAVORED PROTEIN POWDER WITH ALL FULL LIQUIDS!
*DO NOT DRINK WATER WITH MEAL REPLACEMENTS
*DRINK ONLY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, WAIT TO FINISH REST.
*SIT UPRIGHT WHILE IN TAKING MEAL REPLACEMENTS

*USE A FEW DROPS OF EXTRACT TO CHANGE THE FLAVOR
*MIX IN 1/4 Cup SUGAR FREE GELATIN
*MIX IN 1/4 cup SUGAR FREE PUDDING
*MIX IN SUGAR FREE DRINKING POWDER
*USE A FEW DROPS OF EXTRACT
*WARM IT UP IN MICROWAVE
* BLEND WITH ICE CUBES FOR A CHILLED DRINK (DO NOT FREEZE!)
Thank you for the information you shared, I am awaiting clearance for my VSG and I am looking around for information and a lil courage.LOL :) My dietician wanted me to make food logs for the first 6wks post-op and I couldn't find enough liquid items to add your video assisted me enourmously! Your Awesome!!
