haha... yeah... i would say his use of heroin did not help.
I like PAge and his song riffs a lot...great producer too,
But he was always pretty sloppy even in the studio.
Guys like Blackmore, VH Rhoads, even Neil Schon from Journey
were far more melodic and clean.

@AxelNight13 don't let that make you think he isn't an amazing player. he is one of the best because he had such great feel and vision. a huge personal influence of mine too. can never get enough page.
