Knee-cap Dislocation!

I come here today to share with all of you, the day my patella decided to see whats on the other side of my leg. Enjoy.

Ahahaha I had that happen to me like, ten days before the date it happened to you.

I have a biparte patella.

haha I don't even know what that it! Nevertheless, I feel for ya! My knee pops all the time even now...

heyyy i'm 14+ & this thing happened to me too, while playing netball.

& the useless teachers said it "ohh it's just a little thang. just walk" and damn i did. haha, it hurt.

i just under went a surgery like last friday but nahh it was not much of a deal.

Man, I'm sorry! its a pretty painful ordeal, but I was lucky enough to get away without needing surgery from it.

Dislocated mine on January 4, 2012 playing soccer it was my right knee and it popped inwards insted of normal way anyways I have to do rehab only I really wanna get back into sports soon but I dont think so

Omg I know how you feel . My knee dislocated like 4-5 weeks ago and I was screaming in so much pain and I started swearing and going to the extreme I kept saying I want to die just kill me now, physio will be painful :(

I have an unstable knee. but mine has only twist sometimes but it always go back into place on its on,,huts really bad though. But Im sure yours hurt much worse being it went completely out

@musicsnextbigthing I finished my physical therapy now 5 days and now I'm fine but,I want to make surgery because it's better if you have your leg fixed...on the other hand I'm 18 and I have a lot to live...and I want to continue sports such as breakdance hip-hop and maybe someday basketball and freerunning parkour but I don't think so :P do you continue your sport activities?

@kallostomika No i didn't have to go into surgery thank GOD! i went to physical therapy and that was it!!!

I dislocated my knee and it stayed that way for 2 days it was very painful

@kallostomika My leg is fine now. i still have to be careful about what i do with it. no contact sports or anything like that. And ya it was soo painful when it happened :( two parts of the knee cap itself was broke off in the process so it was a bad dislocation.
