Hey man I just caught up on your videos and your dreads look really nice man. I'm in the process of growing my hair now so I can get dreads. I wanna try to start a journey blog as well. @ravennation40 Yeah, but be prepared for a ruff ride (the first 5 months). That's about were my hair was when I started.

i noticed the thickness of your dreads and i want mines tht size too.. but wen u first started em they werent thick. So how did u get them to slowly thicken to tht length? did u use to re-twist the whole lock or jus the root? bcuz i cant keep mines thick after re-twist bcuz if i dont twist them tight they are thick..but too loose. plz hit me back on this.

@dbatess1 I was worried about the same thing in the beginning. I never would twist mine SUPER tight. just the root and tight enough that they wouldn't fall out in a week. Ultimately they will thicken up on there own, so don't worry about it to much. As long as you twist less and less as your locs mature you'll be str8. Just to give you an idea, when I first started I retwisted every 3 weeks, now Im like once every 2 months or so...
