MAN LIGHTS HIMSELF ON FIRE AS A PROTEST, THE MEDIA YAWNS.

So I made a video myself for distribution.

Milachi Ritscher wanted to draw attention to himself as a symbol of the horrors that are being committed in our name. The media, particularly TV, has been very quiet about it.

All images of him came from his website. It seems to me he left them there for just this sort of thing. I have no connection to this man. I just found this act, and the public response to it worthy of note.

I can't even watch this video because of the way you chose to narrate it. While I appriciate that you are trying to dramatize and bring light to this overlooked event, I can't stand your voice! You sound like your trying to seduce your viewers into bed. I feel like i'm being told this story by a male, phone sex, operator. Redo the narration and let his actions be the intrigue your trying to achieve. No one likes a drama queen.

Personally I hate the narration now too. I had a voiceover guy who fell through and I made the mistake of trying to modify my voice to sound deeper when I had to do it myself. . . . . but I am past it and on to new stuff. If it was picked up to be used in a bigger capacity I would redo it but it's just a YouTube video at this point.
