  • Yes you can have chocolate milk!

Nestle Nesquick (powder) has No Corn Syrup!

  • Cool!

No "corn syrup solids" either? That's pretty common in powdered sweeteners. "Non-dairy creamer" is usually mostly corn syrup solids.

  • NOOO not corn syrup... I always new that it was out to take over the world never new how bad it was Nooo ok lets all go on a syrup strike.

ok just jk good luck and whats the health benefits of not consuming corn syrup?

  • Many people believe that your body processes high-fructose corn syrup different than plain sugar. It also may interfere with the "feeling of fullness" when you eat, so you overeat because of it.

If for no other reason, there is a LOT of corn syrup in American food, adding A LOT MORE CALORIES that aren't needed.

I justed checked my bread bag, and found that even my BREAD had corn syrup in it!

  • For bread I've taken to making my own or buying a whole wheat pitta. You learn to cook a lot of stuff for yourself, just don't get anything that says fructose on it.

  • We still have plain sugar in CocaCola in Sweden. I wonder why they have not replaced it here for HFCS? I thought CocaCola decide the recipe? Good for us, bad for Americans... HFCS is coming into european products now. Luckily sugar is cheaper still.

Nice work with the videos! /Jukka

  • good luck!

  • good luck Benjamin !

  • It's a tad late for Lent, but I think I'll be joining you on the No Corn Syrup kick.

  • I'm not sure if anyone said this already, but Snapple has sugar, not high fructose corn syrup. :-) If you haven't given up yet!!!

  • I wish you all the best luck I can spare my friend. I will be, however, watching with pen and paper ready to pick up on your tips of what does and doesn't have corn syrup.

  • It also has mercury in it to!
