@tpirfan2004 Hello this is Greg Herbert and yes I stand 100% behind what I said about Dick Clark. He IS an egomaniac and always was one.and the truth is that even when he did not have the Bandstand he did TV specials (Bloopers) TV commercials and even helped out Ed Mcmahon with the Million Dollar Giveway and he was always producing the American Music Awards, Golden Globes and even presumably a daytime Emmy ceremony as well. Trust me Dick was on TV more than you think.

@gregherbert2009 OK, I just commented on your video re: Jerry in 2010, & trust me, I'm ready to be attacked by it - because I was tagged in it - but to comment on this one that Dick Clark should retire? Besides New Years, is he ever on TV? Before he had the stroke, after Bandstand went off in 1991, did you see him all that often? Don't think so! In your video you call Jerry an egomaniac and a d-bag (correct me if I'm wrong please) and I guess Mr. Clark is also one, plus he had a stroke. Wow.

@richbotte your description fits my personal sentiments exactly. Jerry needs to stop doing telethons before he does something more f'd up, not that his reputation hasn't been tarnished already as he has gotten olde, ya gotta know when to call it a day, or at least get some new blood in there. Ditto for Dick Clark. same for Monty Hall who's like 250 years old and he still pops up on TV interviews.they all need to take a cue from Johnny Carson and go into seclusion
