♫ Marshall Jackhammer and Guv'nor Tones, Review ► (HD Audio)

Hey guy's, just a quick review of a couple of the best Marshall/distortion pedals out there. Please ignore my sloppy guitar playing, try and see through that and into the tones of these pedals lol. Very nice pedals indeed. Best audio quality I could create. Please comment and subscribe :)

Settings:
Jackhammer =

Volume: 9 o clock
Gain: 12 o clock (or whatever you want)
Bass: 9 o clock
Treble: 3 o clock
Contour: OFF
Freq: 12 o clock

Guv'nor settings:

Gain: 3 o clock (or whatever you want)
Deep: 9 o clock
Bass: 12 o clock
Mid: 2 o clock
Treble: 1 o clock
Volume: 11 o clock.

@ROSSER1303 Well if you are not into metal then the Guv'nor has a more blues/classic rock/hard rock kind of feel.

@ANDYROBINSONFOLK Thank's mate, appreciate the kind words :) I did like the jackhammer, but I found it a bit hard to control and a bit to trebbley (if that's a word lol). I find the guvnor a bit less harsh. Oh OK thank's! :D

Great review dude.. decent sound and video quality too wich is NOT the norm on Youtube. I have the jackhammer and was thinking of getting another for overdrive but having heard this i may be looking for a Guvnor. You don't need to apologise for your playing BTW.

These pedals are excellent value for the money. They sound close enough to Marshall's to my ear. Probably why Marshall discontinued them.

i've got the jh-1. have you tried the bb-2? what do you think, between gv-2 and bb-2, which would be better for boosting the amp? i know, bb has the boost mode, but this can be done with od at low gain-high volume settings, too... i'm interested in gv-2 because of the deep and mid pots... maybe i could crank the mid and fatten it up with the deep pot when boosting. what do you think?
