Rural Broadband: What's the issue? CwoB 2008

Michael Hocken brings a solutions engineer's perspective to the challenge of rural braodband at the Communities without Boundaries virtual conference held at 21 venues across Alberta on October 31st 2008. . Mike is Product Manager of SuperNet Marketing and VoIP for Bell Canada. He is responsible for managing the marketing initiatives for growth of applications and services for the Alberta SuperNet for Bell Canada. Mr. Hocken has spent over 12 years in the telecommunications industry in various engineering, operational, sales and marketing roles. Prior to his position with Bell Canada, Michael was the Director of Technical Operations for a Cable TV operator, Persona Communications. Previous to his roll at Persona, Mr. Hocken had multiple roles on the SuperNet project within Bell including Engineering, Planning and Sales.
