  • Ive seen different documentaries where they scientifically have proven that meditation and enlightenment is something that happens in the brain. Its not just make belief. Its real. Some scientists noticed that the beta waves in the brain changed to delta waves during deep meditation. And a astrophycisit showed with experiments that people could connect to something called enlightenment. And that they indeed entered an alter reality. Its all real. Pardon my english. :)

  • i feel so relaxed... ive been stressed out from work lately but as i was watching this video and followed every instruction i gained back the energies that i have lost... thanks so much for sharing this video... :)

  • It works perfectly, thank you

  • try doing this in a swimming pool nothing can be more relaxing.

  • @g3dghoy reality is not an intellectual observation, if it was, brain would have been enough

  • @GustavsStrazdins why do not we use our brain to find the reality? do we have to ignore somethings by using things you mentioned and meditating? we have a huge human history, i am sure there is an answer.

  • stars,dont,exist,anymore,

    only,angels

    xDDDDDDDDDDD

  • @g3dghoy what else it better? drinking, smoking? tell us :)

  • the face expression of the meditators shows tense thinking or concentrating. were they trying hard?

  • @1983rahulsharma yes, thoughts are reasons and results of conciousness but tell me if someone started to think then will he or she stop thinking? i think he or she will continue to think till infinitely. by the way who knows maybe we are in larger dream lasting 60-100 years. but i am sure meditation just manipulate the situation not supplies an answer for beyond death.
