This is a little problem you can do with matches.

From VII=I move 1 (one) match to make this equality true.

Have fun with it!

  • Can it be : HI (like hello) = I (the letter "i")

  • @Saudedell No, it can't. It's not language dependent.

  • hi>>> the is squareroot of one equal one right>?????

  • @jojogumacal Check the video response! ^^

  • Will the answer be in roman numerals or will it use differant numerals?

  • Good question. Let's say Romans couldn't have written the solution.

(But you already know that, since they did not know "=")...

I can't help you more on this... sorry.

  • HAHAHAH ITS TOO EASY (JOKE) THE ANSWER IS SQUAREROOT OF ONE IS EQUAL TO ONE>>>>>>>>>

  • \I-I=I

    or

    /I-I=I

is not the solution. Those \ or / are not beautiful enough to be a solution... (this is NOT a hint).

    But goot try, though.

  • My friend came up with another solution. He started with everything spread out, and took one stick from the V and put it horizantally after what is now the second stick in, so it looked like I I - I = I

    Is that your solution?
