Bad laws should be broken!

Join me I plan on challenging these bad laws by carrying anywhere I want to feel safe and will be ignoring what a law on a piece of paper says. If enough of you join me in civil disobedience it will bring the proper attention to this is it deserves.

Just remember, all gun laws are unconstitutional... and no, the States DON'T have the right to legislate your inalienable rights away... the 10th Amendment even says the States cannot do just what the States are doing... unless they want to secede from the Union.... we need to sue every State for their unconstitutional laws.

@Metallishredder19 That's about it. If the business owner doesn't want the gun in the store you would probably be best off not going in with it but you're breaking NO sort of laws by carrying your long gun. Long gun is shotguns, assault rifles, deer rifles or anything 'long'.

@LeonRFpoa Ok, so we're allowed to openly carry long guns without a permit except in places like government buildings, schools, and airports, but what about places like inside Wal-mart, shopping malls, Gamestop, banks, sidewalks to streets, or parking lots? In the most extreme-case scenario, can I just walk around town and do my shopping and stuff with a loaded RPK strapped to my chest with a bunch of drum magazines in ammo pouches on my web belt or what?

good video lots of info also i would reccomend going to wikipedia they have detailed information an georgia firearms licenceand other states. and laws pertaining to defense home defense etc. carry smart !

Ok since June 4, 2010 the law has changed. (Great news everyone) the last of the Jim Crow laws are gone- there is no more public gathering restriction. Courthouses, schools are still off limits. Long guns are no longer restricted carry in open view. Once HB 615 is passed we will be able to open carry anywhere we like aside from the above listed places. Churches can allow you to carry if you got permission.

I have this 1 question, it might stupid but it COULD happen. What if some criminals started open carrying when they see that people get used to people open carrying around them, walking around, going into stores etc. and then when they got close to you outside or in the store, park or mall and when up to you and robbed you or robbed a store? I mean, you wouldn't think anything to see a guy open carrying, but little did you know that you were going to get mugged!

I did my research and there is one guy in Georgia congress that is actually trying to put serial numbers on ammo. It said we will get arrested if they find the ammo that we have current. The good part about it...NOBODY in congress is on his side with passing that law. Which I think is retarded and that guy is trying to fuck up our freedom..
