idiot. GSD's are not breed to be dog aggressive, unlike that stupid beagle. Your dog was trying to socialize with the other dog which apparently doesn't know how to socialize. You as a pack leader are supposed to protect your dog from aggressive dogs, even little ones. If not your dog will learn very quickly to be aggressive to EVERY single dog it comes across and you will regret laughing at this.
