Your workouts are awesome as always but would it make a difference if I did your workout three times but at different times of day, for example, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening? My endurance is at it's all time low zone and I did not want to work myself out to fatigue, either. But everytime I do your workouts, I always feel good physically! So really big thanks for that!
