Sir, I have seen your video many times.I learned from your video. I am owe to you. This video helped me a lot.The Lord's blessing will remain upon you.I am a neurosurgeon, but I never seen like this live operati on before.Though I am very devoted t my profession but our way is not smooth. still I have to work without microscope, only a loop and lastly endoscope and ultrasonography machine are my tools. Thanks from my heart

@Igawish Whoa... very risky place to be doing surgery, but it's impressive how well the surgeon maintained his/ her dexterity, that's very good. Regardless how plastic the cerebrum might be, plasticity in the brain stem has not been observed or reserached, so laceration of any degree can mount to fatality, especially in the pontine region and lower down the stock. maningiomas are rather rare, but horrible things.

how long does it take for a meningioma thats a standard procedure to be removed?
this one i see you say took 2hours,was it a meningioma initial stage?

How did you close the dura? that looked like a good dural closure which is usually challenging in these type of cases.
Did you leave any tumour on the any of the cranial nerves to avoid injuring them? or you achieved gross total resection?
good video!
